Two of our influencers, Florian Otto (@florians_gartenwelt) and Christian Dallmann (@chris.lehm.und.holz), hold regular seminars where they share expertise, tips and tricks about their respective trade with participants. All seminars were fully booked throughout the year and this is expected to be true of the coming year as well.
We have worked together with international influencers as part of our STABILA family campaign for five years now. Our family is made up of real tradespeople who share their daily work on social media. However, they are and remain true professionals in their trades.
This includes Florian and Chris. They have both now progressed to sharing their knowledge with those interested and have therefore both brought their seminars to life independently of one another.
We start with gardening and landscaping. Florian has been part of the STABILA family since 2023 and has taken us along to his everyday work as a landscaper ever since. With his own company “Florians Gartenwelt”, he has fulfilled his customers’ wishes for more than a decade. He is a master in the gardening and landscaping sector and is most happy in nature, not only during his working hours. Florian has run his own Instagram account @florians_gartenwelt for several years and also shares his expertise on YouTube. With more than 230,000 followers across the two accounts, he is very successful on those platforms.
In 2023, Florian decided that sharing his expertise over social media alone was no longer enough and instead made the decision to offer specialist seminars at his premises in Xanten, Germany. It immediately became clear that he hit the jackpot with this idea, because the seminar very quickly became fully booked. The most interesting part is that the group participants are a diverse mix. You might assume that, if anyone, hobby gardeners who want to re-landscape their garden on their own initiative would be interested in such a workshop. But no, it was actually other professionals who wanted to learn something from Florian.
Florian isn’t the only one of our influencers who offer this type of workshop. Chris (@chris.lehm.und.holz) has also been organising seminars for those interested this year. He is a skilled carpenter with 30 years of professional experience. He first worked with ecological construction materials 20 years ago and has continued to consolidate and expand his knowledge ever since. “Natural construction materials such as clay, straw, wood, hemp, cork, reeds, jute, flax etc. are more modern than ever!” says Chris.
He has been active on Instagram since 2020, taking his community along to his projects and showing the fantastic options that are possible with ecological materials. He has been a part of the STABILA family since 2024.
He too was no longer satisfied to only share his expertise digitally, wanting instead to do so live and in colour. That’s why 48 participants over a total of four workshops in Allgäu had the opportunity to learn a little about ecological construction methods. The target group for Chris was also a mixed bag, ranging from builder clients who are just beginning to build up their knowledge to colleagues from the trade – all were represented.
We are delighted about the success of the seminars held by Florian and Chris and that we have had the opportunity to support and accompany them both with their initiatives. We look forward to both seminars continuing in 2026!
