a fresh approach to plumbing and heating installation
Tradespeople don’t always enjoy a good reputation. Florian Detzel, on the other hand, is breathing new life into the plumbing trade with his business and, in our interview, tells us not only how he came up with the idea and what prompted him to do it, but also about his experiences working with the new LAX 600 G multi-line laser.
During our visit to the construction site, Florian tells us his trade isn't always shown in the best possible light. He wanted to do something about that and that’s how he came up with the name for his company. Translated, the "water" stands for well-being, the "warmth" for comfort and the "love" for his love of professional attention to detail. Florian now has more than 15 years of experience in the field of plumbing, heating and air conditioning. His logo not only adorns the company van, but also his entire team's work clothes. Anyone who talks to Florian and his staff quickly notices that these aren't just empty words, but that they're all passionate and diligent about their work and how they go about it. And word of their special philosophy and expertise has spread. The order book is full, the construction sites are very individual.
High-quality tools are extremely important to him to be able to do his job to the best possible standard. As well as spirit levels being used on a daily basis, lasers are also often called for, for example when enclosing pipework. Here, Florian was able to really put the new LAX 600 G multi-line laser through its paces. He rates the battery system as especially advantageous, saying it's particularly practical from a sustainability point of view.
"I really liked the feel of the laser and the locking mechanism of the battery.
The battery engages really nicely and I'm not worried it will fall out of the laser.
That made a very positive impression on me – especially compared to other lasers.”
