Warranty check *

If the inspection reveals that your STABILA product is not covered by our warranty, we will charge a processing fee for the work involved. This includes a professional inspection and the preparation of a repair cost estimate, if repair is possible, or the disposal of a product that cannot be repaired. The processing fee is: £30.00 plus VAT / £35.70 including VAT (19%). If you wish to have the product returned instead of disposed of, the shipping costs are £7.50 plus VAT / £8.93 including VAT (19%). If you request a repair at your own expense after receiving a cost estimate, the processing fee will not apply.

We will be happy to inspect your STABILA product and repair it even if it is no longer under warranty – if possible and within the repair cost limit you have set. If you request a repair that is subject to a charge, the costs for inspection, optional cost estimate and return shipping are covered by the repair invoice. If you do not request a repair that incurs a charge, we will charge a processing fee of £30.00 plus VAT / £35.70 including VAT (19%) for the work involved and disposal. If you wish to have an unrepaired product returned, the shipping costs are £7.50 plus VAT / £8.93 including VAT (19%).
