The LD 530 BT laser distance measurer from STABILA is the specialist tool for measuring over large distances (up to 200 metres) both indoors and outdoors. The high-resolution camera with high-contrast, illuminated 2.4" colour display provides a razor-sharp image even in bright light conditions. The fold-out end piece ensures accurate measurements from corners and edges.

The LD 530 BT laser distance measurer from STABILA is the specialist tool for measuring over large distances both indoors and outdoors. This high-performance device works at distances of up to 200 metres and features a high-resolution camera with high-contrast, illuminated 2.4" colour display that provides a razor-sharp image even in bright light conditions. The digital target locator with 4x zoom ensures precise targeting. The 1/4" thread allows the laser to be mounted on a tripod. As another practical feature, the display rotates automatically to match the laser's position. For the first time in a STABILA laser distance measurer, the new model comes with GESTURE CONTROL: Measurement is triggered without contact, by a gesture instead of a keystroke. This prevents shaking, especially over long distances. The LD 530 BT is operated with a powerful Li-ion battery that lasts for up to 5000 measurements and can be charged in around three hours using the USB-C interface. Thanks to the impact-resistant housing with shock-absorbent soft grip casing and scratch-resistant IPS display, the tool can easily withstand demanding conditions on the building site. The LD 530 BT is also protected against dust accumulation on the inside and water spray from all directions (IP 54 protection rating).
The assistant for any measuring task
With 17 functions, the LD 530 BT laser distance measurer is the ideal assistant for measuring and checking tasks: In addition to length and surface area, it can handle volume, continuous measurement, chain dimensions, Pythagoras, minimum and maximum tracking, timer, distances, triangular areas, exact measurement of inclinations thanks to the 360° inclination sensor (shown in degrees or percent), indirect height and distance measurement, inclined objects, elevation profiles and wall areas. There are two favourites buttons for quick access to frequently used functions, while the history memory stores the last 50 measurements.
Transfer data with Bluetooth
Measurement data can be transferred quickly from the laser to a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer thanks to Bluetooth® technology. In keypad mode, this allows the data to be sent directly to apps such as Microsoft Excel for easy further processing and seamless integration into digital work processes.
Measuring app with new functions
The free STABILA Measures II app (compatible with the new LD 530 BT and the LD 250 BT and LD 520 models) allows measurement values sent via Bluetooth to iOS and Android devices to be easily and efficiently documented. With its intuitive user interface, the app is very easy to use, saving time and money when carrying out site measurements. It now features the new SMART SKETCH function, which automatically generates floor plans, even for complex spaces. When this function is activated, the individual walls are measured one at a time and the floor plan is generated in the app.
The extensive sketch tools also allow you to create free dimension drawings, either by hand, with straight lines or using handy auto shapes such as circles or rectangles. You can also include additional design options by adding comments. Lines can be individually modified with a variety of line thicknesses, types and colours. A background grid can be displayed or hidden for precise drawing, and photos or PDFs can be used as a background. The sketch tools allow information such as measurements to be added.
