The spirit levels in the 80 AS series from STABILA are an accurate, reliable choice featuring a slim profile. Available in a range of versions and lengths, the models in the series are ideal for all kinds of measurement tasks in applications including garden and landscape work, reinforced concrete construction, carpentry, metal and drywall construction, plus joinery and tiling. Their design and the special installation technology in their vials ensure they maintain a long service life in tough everyday construction site conditions.
Secure grip, lifelong accuracy
The aluminium rectangular profile in the 80 AS series of spirit levels features reinforcing ribs for a high level of stability and a secure grip when in use in the field. The slip-stoppers integrated into the impact-resistant plastic end caps ensure a firm hold when marking and prevent the spirit level from slipping.
Thanks to the rare-earth magnet system, the 80 ASM spirit level from STABILA can also be used hands-free – making it ideal for metal and drywall construction.
All of the models have two measuring surfaces, enabling accurate measurement in any position – including the reverse position. Measuring accuracy is ± 0.5 mm/m in the normal position and ± 0.75 mm/m in the reverse position. Both measuring surfaces are coated to protect sensitive surfaces. The electrostatic powder coating makes these tools easy to clean, allowing the kind of dirt that is typically accumulated on construction sites to be removed easily.
Three versions are available in the 80 AS spirit level series:
Type 80 AS: standard model with one horizontal and one vertical vial, available in lengths from 20 cm to 120 cm;
Type 80 AS-2: model with a second vertical vial, available in lengths from 60 cm to 200 cm;
Type 80 ASM: model with one horizontal and one vertical vial plus rare-earth magnet system for exceptionally strong adhesion to metal objects, available in lengths from 40 cm to 200 cm.
