STABILA influencers around the world –
our True Pro Ladies and STABILA Family 2025

For STABILA, the days of being limited to bricks-and-mortar retail are long gone, because over the last decade the digital world too has massively expanded. For this reason, 8 years ago we launched our first social media channel @stabila_official on Instagram. We’ve also been active on Facebook since 2013. A lot has changed since then and we now collaborate with 78 international influencers.

Our influencers hail from 19 different countries and are divided into the STABILA Family, our male influencers, and the True Pro Ladies, their female counterparts. In the social media sphere, as elsewhere, we focus on the ethos embodied by the slogan “By professionals for professionals”. All our influencers are real-life professional tradespeople who are dedicated heart and soul to their jobs. They love what they do and that is evident in every photo and every video.

The focus on high-quality German-made tools is important not just to us, but to our influencers too. People in different parts of the world work differently, especially in skilled trades – from measuring processes to different ways of working on the construction site.

In 2025, our STABILA Family consists of 28 craftsmen representing a wide range of trades, from carpenters, tilers and bricklayers to electricians and welders. We’re proud of the diversity of our team and the variety it brings, whether it’s the country-specific background or the way our products are used on and in a wide range of construction sites and workshops.

The STABILA Family share their everyday lives with us and their community and, on Family Sunday on our @stabila_official channel, we also share images and videos from our influencers every week under the hashtag #stabilafamily.

Some of our Family members are already old hands who have been involved for several years, if not even right from the very beginning. One example is @bauunternehmung_baumgärtner. These two brothers from Laubenheim, Germany took over the family business Bauunternehmung Baumgärtner earlier this year and were among the founding members of the STABILA Family. They use STABILA products on a daily basis in their building projects and provide us with valuable feedback.

Baumgärtner brothers

“We’re proud to have been part of the STABILA Family for five years – an authentic German brand based in our home region of Rhineland‑Palatinate. What we share with STABILA is more than just a collaboration, it’s a feeling of belonging to the STABILA Family – a company that has strong local roots and makes high‑quality products.”

Moving on to Spain, we have Jesús alias @kelek.home. Jesús is a very active DIYer, focusing on creative projects in the home.

“STABILA isn’t just a leading brand but a team of people who provide dedicated support for every project, big or small. This is the difference that makes me very proud to be part of the STABILA Family.”

Tomasz

Team member Tomasz (@wykonczeniowo) is a talented tiler from Poland.

“As a member of the STABILA Family I've got to know like-minded tradespeople from all over the world, from New Zealand to South Africa. It's an amazing, enriching feeling to interact with people from the other side of the world.”

– Tomasz

We could mention another 24 unique individuals from ten different countries, but of course it's also important to us to introduce you to our True Pro Ladies.

Even in our current day and age, the number of women in the building trade worldwide is still extremely low. But with the industry facing an acute shortage of tradespeople, the opportunities to break into a career in this area are better today than they ever have been. With the True Pro Ladies campaign, STABILA has been establishing a global community dedicated to female tradespeople since 2020, highlighting women who have forged successful careers in trade sectors and promoting a new generation of up‑and‑coming female talent in the industry.

In 2025 the True Pro Ladies team consists of 29 trades professionals from all over the globe.

In 2025 the True Pro Ladies team consists of 29 trades professionals from all over the globe. This year they represent 15 countries and a range of trades including carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, painters, metalworkers and gardeners/landscapers. The hashtag #trueproladies also unites a global community of thousands of female trades professionals, who interact via social media and platforms, inspire each other and encourage girls to enter a trade.

Anouk

Anouk (@krranouk) from Belgium joined our True Pro Ladies earlier this year and is introducing her community to a somewhat unusual trade for women: bricklaying. But even here women can realise their potential and find their vocation.

“For me as a woman, bricklaying was a unique challenge, it pushed me, strengthened me and gave me confidence. Confidence comes from facing up to the challenge, learning from it, failing and coming out of it stronger every time.”

– Anouk

Anna Lena (@zimmerin.annalena) from Germany is a trained carpenter and progressing towards qualifying as a master carpenter. She is active both on social media and at trade fairs throughout Germany, encouraging young people and women to enter trades careers. This is in keeping with her life motto:

“Women can do whatever they want to be capable of.”

Michiko

Michiko (@mich_builds) has been one of our True Pro Ladies since the first year of her carpentry training. Born in New Zealand, she currently lives in Canada. This year Michiko took part in our International Social Media Day, spending a week with us in Annweiler, Germany and getting to know everything about STABILA.

“If someone had told me a year ago that thanks to social media I’d be travelling to Germany, I wouldn’t have believed it. But I was able to take part in STABILA’s International Social Media Day as one of 16 craftswomen from all over the world. It’s rare for a major company to seek to engage with us like this – at STABILA it really feels like family.”

– Michiko

Emma (@renovate_with_emma) is the first True Pro Lady from Scotland. Emma is a true self-made woman, having progressed and worked her way up from DIYer to full‑time property developer.

“If you always wait for the ‘right time’, you should know that there isn’t a right time. You just need to get started and give it a try.”

Over the next few years, we are looking forward to working with our community to promote the True Pro Ladies campaign and keep pursuing our goals and ambitions to support young talent in the trade industry. Our ultimate hope is to inspire lots of young people and women to explore a career in a trade profession!
